- Air is all around us, even though we cannot see it.
- We can feel air when it moves, like in the wind.
Breathing:

- Air is important for breathing. All people, animals, and plants need air to live.
Flying Things:

- Air helps birds, airplanes, and kites to fly.
Making Sounds:
- We can hear sounds because of air, like when we talk or when musical instruments play.
Keeping Things Cool:
- Fans and air conditioners move air to make us feel cool.
Burning Fire:

- Air is needed to keep a fire burning. Without air, fire goes out.
Filling Things:
- Air fills balloons, balls, and tires to make them work properly.
Helping Plants Grow:
- Plants use air (carbon dioxide) to make food through a process called photosynthesis.
Enjoying the Breeze:

- Moving air, or breeze, feels good on a hot day and helps dry clothes.
