Tens and Ones :
βTens:Tens refer to the groupings of ten units. In the decimal system, each group of ten units is represented by a single digit in the tens place of a number.
πIf a Tenframe is completely filled then it is considered as a ten

Ones :
πOnes refer to the individual units that make up numbers. They are represented by digits in the ones place of a number.
π If a Tenframe is not filled then it is considered as ones with respect to the number of frames filled
