Hundred chart

Key notes:

🔢 A Hundred Chart shows numbers from 1 to 100 in order.
👉 It has 10 rows and 10 columns.

🟩 Each box has one number — starting from 1 at the top left and ending with 100 at the bottom right.

⬆️ Numbers go across each row from left to right.
Example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 ➡️

⬇️ Numbers go down each column by 10s.
Example: 1, 11, 21, 31, 41… 💯

🧠 We can use a hundred chart to:

🧩 Count numbers easily.

➕ Add and ➖ Subtract numbers.

🔟 Learn skip counting (like 2s, 5s, and 10s).

🔎 Find patterns in numbers.

🎯 Patterns on the chart:

Numbers ending with 0 are in the same column.

Every next number increases by 1.

Every number below another increases by 10.

💡 Tip: Use different colors 🎨 to highlight patterns like:

🔵 Even numbers

🔴 Odd numbers

🟡 Multiples of 5 or 10

Try to find and color all the even numbers or count by 10s on your chart!
